About Us

Family Shelter Services, LLC is a shelter facility supporting individuals and families navigating crisis, recovery, and the long climb back to stability. We are neighbors first and a program second.

OUR MISSION

A hand up, not a handout.

To provide safe shelter and compassionate support that restores dignity, strengthens families, and opens a real path to self-sufficiency.

We keep our doors and our approach simple: a peaceful environment, practical resources, and steady human presence — because change happens when people feel seen, safe, and equipped.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Our Core Values

Dignity

Every guest is met as a person first — not a case, not a statistic.

Safety

A calm, private, well-cared-for space where families can breathe again.

Self-sufficiency

We build skills and plans that outlast the stay. Independence is the goal.

Community

Neighbors, volunteers, partners — everyone belongs at this table.
